Plantar Fascia:
Designed to strengthen the plantar fascia & treat / prevent plantar fasciopathy, this course helps strengthen the plantar fascia, an area prone to injury. Maintaining a strong, flexible plantar fascia is essential for foot health.

Flat & Rigid Feet:
