We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it easy to sort out.
30-day returns on all physical products — unused, unopened, in original packaging. Just email us first and we'll guide you through it.
The basics
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. After 30 days, we're unable to accept returns.
Items must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging. We're unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, for hygiene and quality reasons.
The customer covers the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service so you have proof of postage — we can't be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
What can't be returned?
Digital products are non-refundable. This includes online courses and consultations. Once purchased, access is granted immediately and no refunds can be issued. If you have a question about a course before buying, please contact us first.
No. All online courses and digital products are non-refundable. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, we're unable to reverse digital sales. Please review the course description carefully before purchasing — if you have any questions, we're happy to help before you commit.
Consultations are non-refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at info@myfootfunction.com at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to find a new time. Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for rescheduling.
Yes — sale items follow the same return policy as full-price items, provided they are unused, unopened and returned within 30 days.
How to return
Step 1: Email us at info@myfootfunction.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2: We'll respond within 48 hours with instructions on where to send the item.
Step 3: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Email us and we can advise the quickest way to do this.
We're really sorry about that! Please email info@myfootfunction.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll sort it out for you as a priority — at no cost to you.
