When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 14:00 CET are typically shipped the same day. Please note that during high-volume periods, same-day shipping may not be guaranteed.

All orders are shipped with tracking. Shipping rates are rounded and may be adjusted based on exchange rates or shipping partner updates.
Will there be import charges on my order?
My Foot Function ships without DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means customers may be responsible for paying import duties, VAT, or other customs fees upon delivery. However, many of our shipments arrive duty-free, depending on your country’s regulations.
Here are some general guidelines:
European Union:
No import charges.
USA:
No import charges on orders under $800 USD.
Norway:
No import charges on orders under 3,000 NOK.
Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan: Generally low or no duties within de minimis limits.
United Kingdom, Canada:
Import charges are likely upon arrival.
Switzerland, Iceland:
Minimal import charges in most cases.
My Foot Function is not responsible for customs policies, handling fees, or any deviations from these general guidelines.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location and shipping method.
Sweden: 1–3 business days
EU countries: 3–7 business days
Outside EU: 5–14 business days (depending on the shipping method)
Please note: delivery times may be affected by customs delays or local postal services.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your package has been dispatched.
You can also track your package in the menu, within our footer, "Track My Package"
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been processed, contact us as soon as possible at support@myfootfunction.com. We cannot change the address once the order has been shipped.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or unclaimed?
If your package is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking link for updates.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us.
Unclaimed or refused packages that are returned to us may be subject to additional fees.
