What shipping services do you offer?
Depends on the territory where the package is being shipped to. As a standard, we offer the following shipping services for the main territories:
European Union - DHL Parcel Connect, UPS Standard & Local Services
United States/Canada/Mexico/Puerto Rico - UPS / USPS
United Kingdom/Norway - UPS Standard / International Economy Service
Rest of World - UPS Express Saver / International Economy Service
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is based on your selected shipping service, destination, and will be displayed in the checkout. We always aim to choose shipping solutions that are the most sustainable and cost-effective. Our prices are very affordable.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on a variety of factors, such as your selected shipping service, destination, different holiday seasons, and at what time during the day you placed your order. Orders placed before 2pm, / 14:00 GMT +1, the order should ship the same day, if placed after this time, the order will be shipped the following day.

How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you have not received this email, please check your spam filter to see if it has accidentally ended up there. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation please contact our customer service team and we will assist you further.
I did not receive my order, what should I do?
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service within 30 days* from the date the order was placed.
*After this period of time, we are not able to claim any lost orders.
When will I receive my order containing pre-ordered items?
Please do note that ordinary delivery times do not apply to orders including pre-ordered items. When placing a pre-order a preliminary shipping date will be communicated on the individual product page. If your pre-order also includes other currently in stock items they will be shipped at the same time.
How do I collect my package?
Your package will either be delivered to your home or at a service point. The delivery options depend on your geographical location, and the possible delivery options are available at checkout.
If you have chosen home delivery your package will be delivered to the address used when placing the order. If you are unavailable when the carrier arrives they can either make another delivery attempt or deliver the package to a service point.
Packages that could not be delivered correctly will be sent back to our warehouse. We cannot resend your package once it has been returned to us, a new order must be placed.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
In most cases PO Boxes are not problematic.
Where do you ship your products from?
We ship all our products from our central warehouse in Sweden.
