Choosing your level:
- Level One — the starting point. Ideal if you're new to toe spacers, or just beginning to open up the space between your toes.
- Level Two — offers greater spacing between the toes. The more advanced option, best if you already use spacers or can already create some separation between your toes on your own.
- Full Kit — both levels included. Start at Level One and step up to Level Two as your feet adapt, the simplest way to progress over time.
