Where are your products made?
We have established relationships with manufacturing partners across multiple countries, including Poland, Germany, Asia, and soon Portugal.
Many of these producers have been with us since the early days of My Foot Function, and we are pleased to continue collaborating with them.
Can I return products?
Returns are extremely rare for us, receiving less than 0.5% throughout the year which shows the awesome customer base we have.
With that being said, we always welcome returns and will always help and guide you in your request to return products to us.
Returns of products are dealt with by the customer & we will help in the process.
What are your shipping fees?
Our fees are primarily determined by two factors: your location and the weight of your items.
We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, which includes both physical and digital products.
