The initial assessment was quite detailed, and I thoroughly reviewed my feet situation. Gourgen proposed a roadmap for the following months.
Now, I will start with the proposed exercises and advice in order to try to improve my foot situation as much as possible.
I really love using these spacers, and also to use them inside my shoes (Arcus from Wyde Footwear). Having the option to increase the space for both the big toe and pinky is very helpful when you want to make progress!
The toe spacer 2.0 are comfy and you will wear them without even noticing. The pedespocket is a great tool that you can use in multiple ways. And the bands are the perfect complement for exercising

Only a few days I now have the Pedespocket and it makes me more aware of my feet. I'm always running with my whole body, especially my head. but somehow this little thing is already making me more aware of my feet
