Din stortå spelar en stor roll i hur du rör dig. Oavsett om du går, springer, balanserar eller sitter på huk – korrekt rörlighet i stortån är avgörande för stabilitet, styrka och smidiga rörelser.

När stortån inte kan röra sig ordentligt måste andra delar av kroppen kompensera. Det kan leda till dålig hållning, ineffektiv gång och till och med smärta i knän, höfter eller rygg.
