Great comfort with these socks. I thought it would feel a bit strange with toe socks, but they are so soft and nice and releases any tension between the toes.

The Sole Spike is a great little tool for the soles of your feet. It really releases the tightness in the soles. At first, I could only tolerate putting a light pressure on the foot when rolling. But after a short while, increasing the pressure on the foot was more tolerable and the end result was an amazing feeling in the soles of the feet. I highly recommend trying it.

This little device will dig into those hard to reach foot muscles for an effective massage. As a barefoot / minimalist runner I find the design much better at loosening tight foot muscles than any of the other similar devices that I’ve used - and I have lots of them!

My daily foot protocol. Need I say more?
Helped me mobilise my foot tissue in the early morning. I used to wake up in pain, the Pedes Pocket allowed me to mobilise the tissue while applying the exact desired amount of pressure. Still use it in the morning, first thing to start the day with. Simple, easy and very effective. Thanks on this one too Joe!

Easy to put on: my daily free foot routine! When MFF told me to 'start wearing them religiously and daily' I knew I had to follow up on their advice. I used to do foot exercises but way too unfrequent. I now wear them daily, with and without shoes, on top of my finger socks. Adjusted my footwear accordingly too. The result: better stability and foot/ toe mobility. Less ankle pain (but that's a story on itself). Thanks team, thanks Joe!
