It is a good tool for massage. I like the pressure under the arches, it helps me to relax after a long day. It also helps to spread and massage between toes, the shape of it is perfect for that.

The initial assessment was quite detailed, and I thoroughly reviewed my feet situation. Gourgen proposed a roadmap for the following months.
Now, I will start with the proposed exercises and advice in order to try to improve my foot situation as much as possible.
I really love using these spacers, and also to use them inside my shoes (Arcus from Wyde Footwear). Having the option to increase the space for both the big toe and pinky is very helpful when you want to make progress!
The toe spacer 2.0 are comfy and you will wear them without even noticing. The pedespocket is a great tool that you can use in multiple ways. And the bands are the perfect complement for exercising

The biggest difference I notice on my feet since I started is how they feel, it's like I'm more connected to them and I'm much more aware of my posture, how I use them and where are my weak spots.
