"What a great course. I enjoyed it immensely. I am a surgically based foot and ankle surgeon and this course has single handedly changed how I treat patients in my practice. While I am able to identify issues - this course has allowed me to offer my patients non surgical approaches to simple concepts that we are NOT taught in schools. In the year that I have been applying these concepts - I have kept people out of surgery - eliminated the need for orthotics and developed plans for my patients that are proactive instead of reactive. These are open to the general public and require no prior knowledge of working with individuals in the health & fitness industry.
Instructor Levels:
L1: Foot Fundamentals
Designed for beginners, this course introduces the basics of foot health, with no prior health & fitness experience needed.
L2: Advanced Instructor
For those with some background in health & fitness or who have completed L1. This level delves into detailed foot assessments and advanced exercises.
L3: Expert Instructor
Build on your advanced skills with a focus on complex assessments, creating tailored programs, and leading group classes. Ideal for those who are confident in their expertise.
L4: Master Instructor
Offered annually for Expert Instructors seeking to become certified teachers. This level includes training to deliver MFF education, conduct online consultations, and contribute to future materials. Master Instructors can also teach in their region.

"The Advanced Foot Function Programme has been a great course for me in order to add foot focus exercises to Pilates programmes and make my clients and myself aware of the importance of the feet, as to be able to create a corrective programme too after being able to assess clients. I now incorporate exercises into my practice and my programming. There is also a great section on the course with research papers for extra reading and research. The course is also perfect for self pacing and in very digestible bites, with videos and reading material too. Highly recommend!"
