Really good to focus on feet
Great course to pay attention to our feet and start the journey to supporting them, understanding why there are calluses, what can be done, and massaging the feet. Feet feel wider, more comfortable. Just on the start of the journey and I already feel the benefits in the way my feet feel.
My feet are probably a type 2 foot, and I have already been working toward better foot health by transitioning to barefoot shoes and just walking barefoot more.
