Specifically tailored for those who experience a lot of stiffness and rigidity in their feet and ankles. Whether you are a beginner looking to establish a solid foundation or an athlete seeking to improve performance, this workshop has something for everyone.
Our expert will guide you through assessments so that you know what exercises are most suitable for you, how to perform them effectively and progressive programs for beginners to advanced. The course is accessible through our Foot Function App, giving you easy ability to create your own programs, live sessions, community sections and much more!
