I've been using my Pedes Board several days a week with the Flat Foot Workshop, and so far I have only good things to say! I previously used the Blackboard, which I liked but had issues with durability (the Velcro and rubber pads rather quickly began to lose their adhesive and wear off); the Pedes Board improves on these issues and seems far more resilient. Additionally, the pad that your foot rests on feels more comfortable and grippy.
My only complaint (which is only somewhat related) is that I continue to have issues with the My Foot Function app, and am only able to access my course content through the website.
The exercises and explanations are very clear. I really appreciate being told that I may not notice any changes for a few months and the whole process will take time. It’s good to be given realistic expectations.
