Get ready to rock your balance! In this clip, you’ll see the “3D Reach”—a playful yet powerful move where you stand on one foot and extend the other limb in all directions, building stability and strength with every reach. Mornings are ideal for this one!

THREE. TOE MOBILITY

Lubricate those toe joints with this exercise. Often overlooked, leading to stiff and painful toes, however we can reverse this and improve our toe mobility very easily with this exercise. Take your time and enjoy the process.

four. main rockers

A great way to develop your main rockers of the foot, this includes the major joints of the toes and ankles. Doing this helps improve strength and stability whist mobilising joints. It is a very good "all round" exercise"!
