Great course to pay attention to our feet and start the journey to supporting them, understanding why there are calluses, what can be done, and massaging the feet. Feet feel wider, more comfortable. Just on the start of the journey and I already feel the benefits in the way my feet feel.

Fantastic workshop, lots to take away and show clients who suffer from plantar and how to prevent after the resolution, luckily I've never suffered personally but I'm a barefoot runner and have been for years, this just gave me more ammunition to my tool box for clients. My feet are probably a type 2 foot, and I have already been working toward better foot health by transitioning to barefoot shoes and just walking barefoot more. The exercises given, especially separating the big toe from the lesser toe and strengthening the muscles, has made a difference. I love my toe spacers and am wearing them regularly.
