US orders ship domestically from our US warehouse and are dispatched the next business day. Times are estimates from dispatch and may vary during busy periods. A tracking number is sent to you by email once your order ships.
Taxes & import duties — important
For customers in Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, please read the information below carefully before placing your order. Tax and import duty are handled differently in these countries.
Norwegian VAT (MVA) is not included in the price you pay at checkout. As Norway is outside the EU and EEA VAT area, tax is collected by Norwegian customs upon import. You may be asked to pay MVA and a handling fee when your parcel arrives in Norway.
We recommend checking the current Norwegian customs thresholds before ordering.
Swiss VAT is not included in the price you pay at checkout. Switzerland operates its own customs regime independent of the EU. Tax and any applicable customs duties are collected by Swiss customs upon import and are the responsibility of the recipient.
For orders under £135 — no import duty applies. VAT may be collected at checkout depending on the product type.
For orders over £135 — UK customs import duty applies and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. The amount varies by product category. We are not responsible for these charges and they are not included in the price paid at checkout.
If you are unsure whether your order will exceed this threshold, we recommend splitting into smaller orders or contacting us before purchasing.
EU customers: All prices shown include VAT where applicable. No additional charges will be applied at delivery for orders within the EU.
Returns
You can return an unused item within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing — in those cases we cover it. Email info@myfootfunction.com with your order number and we will send you the details.

Yes — all orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use this to follow your parcel through the carrier's website.
If your estimated delivery window has passed and your tracking shows no movement, please contact us at info@myfootfunction.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Yes — where available, we deliver to local collection points as well as home addresses. The carrier will notify you of delivery options for your area.
This depends on your country's current VAT rate and any applicable customs handling fees. Norwegian MVA is currently 25% on most goods. Swiss VAT is 8.1% on most goods. These are collected by local customs, not by us, so we are unable to quote an exact figure at checkout. We recommend checking your country's customs authority website for current rates and thresholds.
If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we'll refund the product value minus the original shipping cost and any return handling fee charged by the carrier. Please contact us before refusing a parcel as we may be able to help resolve the situation.
