How To Exchange

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you wish to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Conditions:

The product must be unused, in original condition, and safely packaged. The return must be clearly labelled with your name and order number. All return packages must be trackable. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.

International Returns:

For orders outside of the EU, you may incur import handling fees when returning items. These are not covered by My Foot Function.

Important Notes:

You will receive a confirmation once your return has been processed at our third-party logistics centre.

Please note that we do not reserve products at the warehouse. If you wish to receive your item faster, we recommend placing a new order while your return is being handled.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear and explicit message stating that you wish to cancel your purchase.

How to proceed:

Contact us via email at support@myfootfunction.com for further instructions.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your message before the 14-day period has expired.

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the full amount paid for the item, including any standard outbound shipping costs (only within the EU), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request.

Please note:

The return shipping cost is covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or if the return is due to an error on our part.

If you chose a more expensive shipping method at the time of purchase (such as express delivery), only the cost of the cheapest standard shipping will be refunded.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Return Shipping

We want you to be happy with your purchase from My Foot Function. While we do not offer a return service or prepaid return labels, you are welcome to return eligible items by following the guidelines below.

We are unable to collect packages from pickup points, so please ensure your return is delivered directly to our warehouse.

Return Shipping

You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The return shipping cost is covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or if the return is due to an error on our part.

If you choose your own shipping method, we recommend keeping the receipt and tracking number in case the package is lost.

Shipping fees for the original order (whether full or partial) are non-refundable.

Condition of Returned Items

You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the product if it has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics and function.

A full refund applies if:

The product has only been used for initial inspection and is returned in its original condition and packaging.

A depreciation deduction may apply if:

The product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess fit or function.

Visible wear, damage, or missing parts reduce its resale value.

In such cases, a deduction may be made from your refund in accordance with EU distance selling regulations.

No refund may be issued if:

The product is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold.

Return Process

To return an item, please first contact us at support@myfootfunction.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions. You are responsible for returning the item using a trackable shipping method, and it must be sent directly to our warehouse. Returns sent to pickup points will not be collected and may be returned to the sender.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 3–7 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@myfootfunction.com.

Uncollected Orders

If you don't pick up your order or refuse it, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping cost & warehouse handling.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Toe Spacers & Toe Separators (no returns accepted)

Socks (no returns accepted if packaging is broken)

Digital Goods & Consultations
Consultations

All consultations are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to assign a different instructor if the originally scheduled instructor is unavailable due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

If we are unable to find a suitable replacement, a partial refund will be issued for any remaining hours, minus one hour to cover programme creation, preparation, follow-up, and post-consultation work.

Digital Courses and Certifications

All digital courses and certifications are non-refundable.

If you feel you have selected the wrong course, you may request a course change within 7 days of receiving access. Course changes are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Course Access and Use

Our digital courses are licensed for individual use only.

Sharing your login or granting access to others is strictly prohibited. We actively monitor usage through Thinkific’s URL and activity tracking system. If we detect misuse or account sharing, we reserve the right to revoke access without refund.

Damaged, Defective or Lost Items

While we carry out quality checks on all products, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@myfootfunction.com so we can resolve the issue. All damage claims must be submitted before returning the product.

My Foot Function is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address details before completing your purchase to avoid delays or loss.

We are also not responsible for unclaimed or refused packages.

For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Once a package has left our warehouse and a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to assist further beyond the tracking information provided.

Frequently asked question

Customers are responsible for all fees associated with returns, including shipping costs, import duties, and any additional charges. My Foot Function does not cover or reimburse these expenses.

To minimise or avoid potential import fees, we recommend consulting your shipping courier for the best guidance before sending your return.

If these charges are not pre-handled before the package arrives in Sweden, it may be returned to you. If the MFF team is able to intercept the package in time, any applicable costs will be deducted from your refund.
