Have helped me a lot with my recovery and getting my toes aligned

The video explanations are excellent and well described. I have quite rigid feet and have seen improvements already by using the manual exercises and toe spacers. I've found that I can do some of the strength exercises but not all due to feet being so rigid but it's a case of just focusing on the manual exercises until they are flexible enough to the the strengthening. I'm probably doing it 4/5 times a week. I have not much movement in my pinky toes but my left one has started to reactivate so doing this course is really working. Would highly recommend!

Som terapeut har jag gått många kurser, och kan verkligen säga att myfootfunctions är i toppklass. Blev så glad efter jag köpt 2 klasser här för mina trasiga fötter. Jag ska gå vidare och gå utbildningarna som finns i många delar för att certifiera mig och så att detta kan bli ett till verktyg i min verksamhet.

I actually first took this course 2 years ago and started doing some of the exercises on my own. However, about 6 months ago I decided to book some appointments with Gourgen, and having his guidance in combination with this course has made it even more effective.

I think this course is an absolute must for anyone interested in foot health and understanding basic foot function better!
