We offer free shipping when you have reached a certain amount in your basket, otherwise we have standard and express options.

From January 2024, our workshops do not expire. You have unlimited time to use them, and enjoy the updates which come every 3-6 months.

It depends on where you are. Orders within the EU typically take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take from 7-14 days.

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. You can track your package along the way and reach out to us if its taking additional time. We are always happy to help.

Orders can be returned if unwanted. We kindly ask that hygiene related products to not have been worn & that all products are in their correct packaging.
