Where do I access my workshops?
You access through our app named "Foot Function" which is available on the app & play store. When you have completed your purchase, please download the app and register using the same email address as your order. We will then add your workshops from there.

*You must have the PedesBoard & Foot Training Bands to use this workshop. You can purchase the bands here. We recommend choosing x2-3 strengths for progression. Extra-light, light and medium bands if you have flexible toes, and medium, heavy and extra-heavy for stiff toes.

I have very flat arches and misaligned toes. Just started the workshops but I can see this will be a tremendous help in activating my arches and realigning my toes for hip and knee pain relief.

Workshop is great, Gourgen explains very clearly and lots of new exercises I haven’t seen before. The blackboard is easy to use and feels like it’s working. Only had it a week but used it lots and so far so good.

I macerated my posterior tibial tendon and was given nothing but a brace and a pat on the back by my healthcare provider. No rehab, nothing. With this program I can feel my condition finally improving.
