I have been working with Gourgen for over a year and he is amazing! I think his feet can play the piano!!! They are warm, but not too warm and I pretty much wear them to everything. Happy I found these & will be back for more!

Love these socks, they are definitely a different shape to off the shelf socks and the materials are so so soft, this surprised me due to the organic cotton!

I am so happy with my spacers, I had the first set from MFF and wanted to try the new version as the previous had helped me already so much.

I read a few reviews about them slipping off, that wasnt the case for me as I wear them inside socks and shoes & they stay on just fine.

Grab a pair of these, they arrived so quickly and the free videos are so unique, love the extra mile MFF go!

Perfect for feet, very comfortable

These are the only toe spacers I’ve found that don’t constantly slip off while either barefoot or in socks. Highly recommend.

I’ve tried a number of foot spacers. These are by far hands-down or should I say feet down the best I’ve ever used. I just visited my chiropractor and told him he needed to get one and then he could recommend them to his patients which he promptly said he was going to order some!

I knew problems were taking place in my body, and I was starting to realize they were beginning from the feet up. Not only was I in pain, but I began noticing my workouts were suffering and I couldn't do the same things I was able to do before. Being a nurse, and standing on my feet for so long (and wearing narrow shoes) had taken it's toll. It took no time at all for Gourgen to diagnose my issues. He was then very efficient at helping me understand what wasn't functioning properly, and what corrections I needed to make. To be able to do this alone is a huge accomplishment, but to be skilled enough to help your clients, by reaching them only online, well...this guy is brilliant is my opinion.

Nice and simple massager. Easy to use.
A bit to hard for doing heel raises with the big toe on top. But perfect hardness for massaging under the foot.
Sticks to the floor very well.

These are softer than a typical yoga bock. The blocks have been great for working on my toe strength and you can even manipulate your foot to get a stretch and massage out of these too.
