Only a few days I now have the Pedespocket and it makes me more aware of my feet. I'm always running with my whole body, especially my head. but somehow this little thing is already making me more aware of my feet
Very nice tool to do stability and mobility exercises to keep my feet healthy, strong and flexible. I love it and recommend it as a footreflexologist to my clients next to roll with balls.
