Fix Your Feet

This workshops is suitable for beginners and anyone wishing to improve the overall shape and function of their feet. It covers all the common foot problems we see today and their preventative, long-term solutions through functional training. We will guide you through which exercises are more suitable for you, how to perform them effectively and what you need to consider with specific foot problems, shoe choice, movement habits and more!

Mini-band Workshop

This workshop has been designed to allow you to perform the exercises with your new band with complete confidence. 

It's been designed to help you make the best use of your mini-band and help you follow your training in a more structured and progressive manner, to make it easier for you to reach your foot-fitness goals! The band is an excellent tool that you can have with you at all times, and with this workshop in your pocket you can make sure that you stay on top of your training at all times!

This small band is useful for exercises performed on our workshops and seen on our social media accounts. It is incredibly useful for big-toe specific mobility and strength exercises, its ideal length, thickness and resistance makes it easy to use for beginners to advanced.


Fasica Tissue Strength Training Device

The Plantar Pad is a product which allows you to do strengthening exercises for the foot and calf. Its design places the plantar fascia under some tension while the muscles in the foot and calf work. With the correct use, the exercises will strengthen your fascia tissue and reduce the pain in your foot.

Blackroll ball

The BLACKROLL® BALL 12 is the perfect complement for the BLACKROLL® foam roller. With its 12 cm diameter, it's just what you need for point-by-point self-massage of different areas of the body. It's larger than the BLACKROLL® BALL 08, so it's less intensive. That means it's particularly good for severely hardened and adhered areas. However, it's still small enough to access hard-to-reach areas of the body, for example on the back.
