Who is the program for?

This program is for everyone looking to restore, prevent and improve their movement ability through progressive functional training starting at the roots (your feet) and gradually working with the full body in progressive programs. No matter if you are suffering from injury, disease, or just looking to improve function, this program will include all elements and is designed to accommodate all levels of fitness, age and capacity.

The core principle of Function365 is to eliminate all the questions of how, when, how often and how much. You simply start the program and it will lead you all the way from dysfunction or weakness to strength and performance in 52 unique and fun training programs.

 

Why have we created this program?

One of the bodies most underrated and abused is our feet. We live in an age where movement-related pain and injuries is an epidemic, combined with a healthcare system which its heavily symptom-based approach, gives us short lived relief with low success rates. Restoring health and function can take time, especially when we’ve spent decades in poor movement habits and shoes. 

Within training, physical therapy and health, one of the biggest challenges is consistency and progression, without these two benefits are often short lived, or not experienced at all. 

So we wanted to create a program that everybody can follow, in the comfort of your own home, or anywhere you wish, and give you the tools you need to guarantee that you stay consistent, and on track over 3 months and up to 12 months! This program will give you all that in a fun and varying way to keep you motivated throughout the journey.

 

What will I learn?

153 Lessons split over 6 chapters will take you on an exciting journey where you will see improvements consistently. You will start with an introduction on important factors to consider within your lifestyle, movement habits and shoe wear, and from there to a self assessment guide so that you know exactly what areas you need to focus on. 

From there you will have the choice of training for 3, 6 or 12 months. Each Month has 4 unique and progressive video and text based training programs, with regular assessments and reminders to keep you on track and make sure that you are progressing not only within the exercise programs themselves, but also in your everyday movement habits.

How will I progress?

Each training program is designed to target all elements of fitness and will start from the easiest exercises that everyone will be able to do. If they are too easy for you you will be guided to the next appropriate step. If you get stuck you will have or have barriers on the way you will have access to our coaches and you will also be guided within the program on how to proceed.

Collectively the team of professionals under MFF have helped thousands of people with “easily” preventable problems, and the number one issue we have found is motivation and consistency to stick to a program to completely restore function and prevent reoccurrence. This program is designed to eliminate that!
